Make Dining Reservations

Universal Orlando Resort has several full-service restaurants for you to enjoy. Restaurants inside CityWalk or one of Universal's Hotels do not require park tickets. Restaurants inside Universal Studios Orlando, Universal Islands of Adventure, and Universal EPIC Universe require the appropriate park tickets. We recommend making dining reservations for these restaurants. Use the Learn More button below to see restaurant options and make reservations.

Book Flights

Universal Orlando Resort Packages do not include airfare. We recommend booking your flight directly with the airline. United Airlines, Southwest Airlines, and Frontier Airlines typically have nonstop flights from Cleveland to Orlando. Consider the cost of checked bags and seat selection when determining which airline will best work for your vacation.

Buy Travel Protection

Travel protection is recommended for all trips. Most travelers choose travel protection to help with unexpected cancellations and to help with medical emergencies when traveling away from home. Traveling out-of-state typically means you are "out-of-network" from your traditional medical insurance so simple doctor visits may be more expensive than normal visits when home.

Collect Park Tickets

Your park tickets are available to collect once you arrive at Universal Orlando Resort. Details on how to obtain park tickets will be listed in your travel documents. You can pick them up from a kiosk from your Universal hotel or from kiosks in front of the parks. Park tickets cannot be linked to the Universal Studios app at this time.

Download Universal Orlando Resort App

The Universal Orlando Resort App is helpful for your trip. The App includes park maps, character meet-up times, and ride wait times. We recommend downloading the app before your trip and spending some time learning how to use it. We also recommend looking at the maps so that you are familiar with how to get around the parks.
